Reggaeton Dance Workshop and Zumba Class Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Dance with Emely for your dance workshop and Zumba class experiences!

I am dedicated to providing a joyful and rewarding environment for all participants. To ensure clarity, please review our cancellation policy below.

3 to 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class/workshop.
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop or Zumba class will receive a credit toward a future class/workshop.
Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
No Shows: Participants who do not attend without prior notice will be charged the full class fee

Insufficient Enrollment: If a workshop/class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, we reserve the right to cancel. Participants will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.
Instructor Illness or Emergency: In the event of instructor illness or an emergency, we will notify participants as soon as possible and either reschedule the workshop. Refunds will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather, we will cancel classes for the safety of students and staff. Notifications will be sent via email and posted on website and social media.
